In this role Kyle leads efforts including long term physical channel strategic planning, economics analysis, performance standard definition and optimization of all branch and self-service channels in Canada and US. Frances R. Grossman is Executive Vice President at Urban Partnership Bank, which purchased the assets of ShoreBank on August 27, 2010. She continues in essentially the same role she carried out at ShoreBank where, as Executive Vice President, she worked in the areas of external relations, civic affairs, business development and government relations on the federal and local level.
