Health Insurance
We offer a comprehensive health package that includes medical care, dental, vision, and prescription drug plans. Work/Life Flexibility
When it comes to work schedules, we know there’s no “one size fits all.” So we encourage flexibility in work hours, alternate and hybrid schedules, and we support telecommuting and remote "work from anywhere" offices.
Vacation
From day one, full-time employees accrue three weeks of vacation (15 days) a year, increasing to 20 and then 25 days after hitting your 5th and 10th year on the job.
Team Retreats
We bring our people together in fun locations around the country for all-inclusive staff retreats for team bonding and opportunities to get out in the field to connect with each other, spend time outdoors, and join projects.
Retirement Plans
We offer a tax deferred retirement plan for all employees 21 years of age or older who work at least 20 hours per week. The best part: The organization offers a 1 to 1 match up to 7%. If you contribute 7%, we will contribute a 7% match.
Life Insurance
We offer basic term life insurance coverage of $50K at no cost to staff plus the option to sign up for additional supplemental insurance.
Education Assistance
All employees receive up to $1,500 per calendar year for approved undergraduate or graduate courses (as part of a degree program at accredited institutions) and up to $500 per calendar year for job related seminars, conferences, webinars, etc.
