Clark-Fulton and Stockyards are two of Cleveland’s most densely populated neighborhoods with rich cultural diversity that has characterized the west side of Cleveland for generations. We’re working with residents and community partners to create a shared vision for a new park in this currently under-resourced Cleveland community where few residents have access to quality open space. We want to know your vision for the park!

Located between Clark Elementary School and the Clark Recreation Center, the new park will offer even more space for the community to gather. With help from local residents, we’ll design a park with playgrounds, sports facilities, seating, spaces for future farmers markets and social gatherings, and tree plantings to keep the park cool on hot days.

Here’s how to enter for a chance to win prizes:

  • Fill out the contact information in the box located at the bottom of each page.
  • Email the completed PDF of your entry to ohio@tpl.org OR
  • Drop off your activity book at the drop box located at Clark Recreation Center at 5706 Clark Avenue
  • And don’t forget to share your artwork on social with the hashtag #parksunlimited

Complete our activity book and you could win:

  • Apple iPad for most creative “Create Your Dream Playground” page
  • Google Chromebook, OR kid’s electric scooter for top 3 most inspiring activity book (MUST submit full book)
  • Family pumpkin carving or snowman kit for top 20 most inspiring “Nature Bingo” “Message to Earth” and “Daily Inspiration” page entry submissions
  • Family picnic table, driveway basketball hoop, or cornhole for top 3 most inspiring family submissions (MUST submit “All About Me” and “Interview Your Household” pages)
  • $5,000 to local neighborhood/arts organizations (Must be 501c3) to turn 1-2 submissions into a reality, either by printing the art on vinyl or working in collaboration with local muralists to create it.
  • Parks Unlimited stickers AND chalk stencils for all full book submissions.
