Kristin Kelly

Kristin Kelly has over 15 years of senior leadership experience in several dimensions of the healthcare industry, building new companies and new products with a focus on elevating the care experience for underserved and historically marginalized populations. Throughout her career in both Washington D.C. and Minnesota, she has worked for UnitedHealth Group, Bright Health, and MNsure, to name a few. Considered an Affordable Care Act veteran and master, Kristin has worked on implementing and running businesses created by the ACA since its initial passage. In 2023 she started her own consulting company, Voyageur Health Advisory, where she works with early-stage companies to raise the floor of healthcare and guide them through their strategic initiatives.

Kristin earned a Master of Public Health, with a focus in Health Policy, from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Minneapolis with her partner, Jamal, who also served on the TPL’s Minnesota Advisory Board, and their two children.
