Trust for Public Land Texas Recognized in DCEO 2026 Nonprofit and Corporate Citizenship Awards
Trust for Public Land (TPL) Texas is proud to announce it has been named a finalist in the DCEO 2026 Nonprofit and Corporate Citizenship Awards. Selected from a pool of more than 900 submissions, TPL is being recognized in the Organization of the Year Category for its impactful conservation and community work across North Texas.
This notable recognition underscores TPL’s ongoing commitment to advancing park access, protecting public lands, driving resilience and safety, and building stronger communities. Through transformative initiatives like Greener Dallas Greater Dallas, TPL is transforming city-owned land into 18 outdoor spaces to bring 250,000 residents within a 10-minute walk of a park.

The DCEO Nonprofit and Corporate Citizenship Awards celebrate the diverse and critical work of nonprofit organizations and the corporate partners that support them across the Dallas-Fort Worth region. TPL’s inclusion as a finalist highlights the organization’s strategic vision and tangible impact across North Texas. Winners will be announced on July 23rd.
