We help state and local governments design, pass, and implement legislation and ballot measures that create new public funds for parks, land conservation and protecting communities from climate change.
We’ve helped pass 614 ballot measures—an 83 percent success rate—creating $84 billion in voter approved funding for parks, land conservation, and climate change mitigation. Every $1 invested in this program has generated more than $2,000 in new public funds.

Trust for Public Land Action Fund
To pass ballot measures, we work with our lobbying and campaign affiliate, The Trust for Public Land Action Fund, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit corporation that mobilizes public support for measures that create public funds for land conservation, park creation, and protecting communities from the effects of climate change. The Trust for Public Land Action Fund is the go-to resource for conservation campaigns.
