Roseanne Deucher

Roseanne Deucher is the founder and CEO of All Forward, an organization in Northeast Ohio whose mission is to curate unique and transformative outdoor learning experiences that develop leaders, strengthen teams, and build connections to move people, organizations, and the local community forward. Roseanne began her career as a social worker and has over 25 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, including nearly 10 years at Business Volunteers Unlimited in Cleveland where she was the Managing Director of Business Engagement.

Volunteering and connecting with the community are cornerstones of who she is, and her passion for outdoor adventures has allowed her the opportunity to connect with people both locally and internationally. She has served on numerous boards, including that of the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition, preserving the Ohio and Erie Canal which includes National Heritage Areas and a 101-mile multi-use towpath crossing through the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Roseanne sees outdoor experiences as a platform that can be leveraged with groups uniquely fostering discovery of self, others, and the world.
