Richard Leyva

Richard Leyva is a licensed Landscape Architect and co-owner of Levya & Wilde, Inc., a firm founded in 2004 and specializing in custom estate design, historic property renovations, and large-scale landscape architectural projects.
Originally from California, Richard relocated to the Twin Cities in 2018 where he has become involved in local advocacy and volunteer efforts. In Minnesota, he has worked on social justice initiatives, including the campaign for marriage equality, and serves on the board of Reclaim, which focuses on mental health care for queer and trans youth.
Richard lives in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis with his husband, Senator Scott Dibble. His professional and personal experiences provide valuable perspectives on creating inclusive and accessible spaces.
