Charles Elk serves as Vice President, Dallas Customer Service, at Oncor. In this role, he leads a team responsible for the company’s relationships with cities, and community organizations.
Charles joined the company following college and has held numerous Customer Service and Public Affairs leadership roles. Charles is a native of Bonham, Texas and is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
He resides in Sachse, Texas where he is active in the community, and is a former president of the local economic development corporation. Charles serves as an elder in his church.
