Keith Weaver

Keith Weaver (Chair, Black History and Culture Advisory Council) is a National Board Member of Trust for Public Land. Keith Weaver is the co-founder of Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey alongside his wife, Fawn Weaver, and the inspiration behind Humble Baron, the longest bar in the world that is located at Nearest Green Distillery. Keith is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nashwood, Inc., a multifaceted real estate and hospitality company based in Shelbyville, Tennessee with domestic and international holdings.

Previously, Keith served as Executive Vice President, Global Policy and External Affairs, Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE), overseeing all of SPE’s community affairs as well as its government and public policy activities across the globe. Prior to joining SPE, Weaver was the staff director of the California State Senate Redistricting Office. Before working on legislative redistricting for the State of California, Weaver was a regional manager of Community and Government Relations for Kaiser Permanente and served on the staff of former State Senator Herschel Rosenthal. Mr. Weaver also served as chair of the California State Film Commission and as vice chair of the Board of Neighborhood Commissioners for the City of Los Angeles.
