Kyle Barnett has track record of developing and executing successful complex transformations, driving operational excellence, and delivering winning outcomes. Adept at designing strategic plans, building and leading execution roadmaps, and aligning complex stakeholders. He thrives in dynamic and competitive environments where success requires leading with vision, fostering collaboration & trust, inspiring high-performing teams, and achieving results.

Prior to joining Early Warning Services, Kyle was Head of Corporate Strategy and Enterprise Transformation for BMO Financial Group, the eight largest bank in North America by assets. In that role, Kyle shaped and drove strategy and transformation initiatives designed to deliver on BMO’s strategic and financial goals aligned with purpose, brand and culture.

Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He serves on the Chicago advisory board for The Trust for Public Land, and the advisory council for NOLS, the National Outdoor Leadership School. He enjoys nature travel, skiing and CrossFit. Kyle resides in Wilmette, IL, with his wife and their four children.
