Devin Driscoll
Devin Driscoll is an attorney with the firm Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. He is a litigator and appellate lawyer with a practice at the intersection of business, environmental, eminent domain, and other property disputes. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College, a Master of Public Policy degree from the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, and his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served as editor-in-chief of Minnesota Law Review.
Devin has also worked on behalf of progressive candidates and issues for more than a decade, serving as a regional voter protection director with the Biden-Harris campaign in 2020 and Rode Island state director in 2012 for the Obama campaign. He serves on the board of the Minnesota Supreme Court Historical Society and the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Devin lives in Minneapolis with his wife, Katie, and their two children.
