Will Cowen brings over thirty years of early stage company building experience as a CEO of several start-ups and as an early stage venture investor.

Carolyn Mansfield duPont is a Boston-area native and is currently the Growth and Partnerships Lead for Upstream Tech, a public benefit corporation that enables technology-enhanced conservation. Previously, she worked in conservation finance as a Senior Director at Quantified Ventures, where she led the firm’s work structuring investments in green infrastructure and resilience projects

Jody Gill is a graduate of Northwestern University with a B.A. in economics. After graduation, she worked as a media planner at Benton & Bowles Advertising in New York City, and later as a security analyst at L. F. Rothschild. Following marriage and the arrival of three sons, the family moved to Boston where Jody attended Boston University Law School.

As Managing Partner of Pinehills, LLC, Tony Green is responsible for the award-winning, master-planned community The Pinehills in Plymouth, Massachusetts.The Pinehills has been recognized as Best Mixed Use Community in the nation by Builder Magazine, by the Environmental Business Council for Innovation and by NAHB as Best Smart Growth Community. 

Wendy Holding is a Trustee and Partner with Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge in Boston, with a particular emphasis on socially responsible investing in the firm’s Sustainability Group

James Hoyte is a recently retired senior administrator and lecturer in environmental policy at Harvard University.

Robert is the President of Familiae Inc, in Cambridge, MA, which specializes in organizational development and training/counseling of employees and their families.

Robert is the Director of Equity Research for Columbia Management Group, Bank of America’s money management arm that directs $170 billion in assets.

Rich has practiced law with Goodwin | Procter LLP in Massachusetts since 1981.

Roland is Vice President & Treasurer of Tufts Health Plan, where he has oversight of investment activity for the organization in addition to other corporate finance matters. He has also served as Treasurer of the Tufts Health Plan Foundation since its inception in 2008.

Rick is an Executive Managing Director of Cushman Wakefield's Equity, Debt and Structured Finance Group, a national real estate investment-banking practice, where he heads the group's Boston office and co-heads the firm's national Senior Housing Capital Markets Group.

Bianca Sigh Ward joined the ACLU of Massachusetts in December 2017 as Associate Director of Partnerships and Philanthropy.
