Response to the Approved 2020 Spending Bill

“For over 50 years, the Land and Water Conservation Fund has been the lifeblood of parks and open space in this country,” said Bill Lee, Senior Vice President of Policy, Advocacy and Government Affairs at The Trust for Public Land. “We are grateful  for the $495M  appropriation  for LWCF in Fiscal Year 2020 – the highest funding level  in the last 15 years. We appreciate the bipartisan support of LWCF and hope this moves us one step closer full funding of this critical program.”
