Paul Kundtz Joins The Trust for Public Land as Washington State Director

Kundtz joins The Trust for Public Land from leading law firm Riddell Williams where he has worked for 28 years, rising to the level of Principal and specializing in commercial litigation, real estate and product liability litigation. He is also well known in the conservation community as a founder and former director and president of the Bainbridge Island Land Trust, an elected Commissioner of the Bainbridge Island Park and Recreation District and board member of the Seattle Aquarium Society. He currently serves on the board of the Bloedel Reserve.

"We are delighted that Paul has agreed to join The Trust for Public Land," said Roger Hoesterey, Senior Vice President and Divisional Director. "It shows how strong our mission is when we can attract people with this level of ability and experience to join our team."

"I have known and admired the work of The Trust for Public Land for more than 20 years," said Kundtz. "To be able to join them and lead a team dedicated to giving everyone great places to connect to nature, from urban parks to mountain-top, is a dream job for me."

The Trust for Public Land is holding an Open House to introduce Paul to his new friends, colleagues and partners from the conservation community on October 30th. For more details contact Marty Sanders: marty.sanders@tpl.org or 206.274.2905
