The Fundraising Production Coordinator reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Membership and is responsible for supporting the operation of Trust for Public Land’s national Membership program.

This position will work on offline and digital fundraising efforts with the goal of garnering financial support for Trust for Public Land’s nationwide mission to Connect everyone to the outdoors™. The Production Coordinator works collaboratively with the entire Membership, Marketing & Communications and Philanthropy teams as well as other groups within Trust for Public Land.

Responsibilities:
  • Supports Membership campaigns through the facilitation of creative reviews, integration of fundraising campaign into TPL’s marketing, reporting and more.
  • Help develop, and serve as lead coordinator for, TPL’s membership/annual giving stewardship process to enhance donor retention and engagement, consisting of donor follow-up communications, premium item fulfillment, and special donor appreciation campaigns.
  • Manages the Classy platform and supports our Field Philanthropy teams in regional fundraising campaigns via that platform.
  • As needed, builds emails and donation forms for fundraising campaigns.
  • Manages the tracking and reconciliation of the Membership team budget.
  • Partners with the Associate Director of Digital Fundraising to grow the Monthly Donor program.
  • Provides back-up support for the Sr Data Analyst in reviewing direct mail set-ups, pulling regular reports and more.
  • Ensures the Membership team runs smoothly, including overseeing collaborative tools and file management.
  • Researches emerging giving trends, technologies, and techniques.
  • As needed, provides support for special projects. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Two to four years of experience in fundraising, marketing or a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills including prior usage of project management software.
  • Experience with CRM systems and HTML is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with internal and external constituents.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well both independently and collaboratively; proven success working as member of a team.
  • Experience working on a fundraising team for a non-profit organization is preferred and not required.
  • Commitment to Trust for Public Land’s mission is essential.
  • Location flexible within proximity to one of Trust for Public Land’s 22 field offices.

As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for Trust for Public Land’s comprehensive benefits program which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, three weeks of vacation annually plus ten holidays, Summer Fridays, paid personal and volunteer days, a paid winter break and a 403(b) retirement plan, currently with a 5.5% company matching. We offer competitive salaries; this position’s salary range is $70,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
