Chris Fulcher
Senior Director of Operations and Business Development
Chris serves as Senior Director of Operations and Business Development for the Land and People Lab at TPL. As part of the Lab management team, he brings together experts in parks, planning, health, climate action, community strategies, and Geographic Information Science to provide high-quality evidence and analysis to accelerate the movement for parks and public land. Chris received his BS in Agricultural Engineering and his MS in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University, and his PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri. Chris completed a National Library of Medicine Postdoctoral Fellowship in Health Informatics.
