Ruffner Mountain Nature Center

Ten minutes from downtown Birmingham, Ruffner Mountain Nature Center is a 1,011 acre natural oasis located on one of the last undeveloped stretches of the Red Mountain ridge known as Ruffner Mountain. Between 1983–1985, TPL helped add over 500 acres to this community resource, which has been connecting people with nature for decades.
