Lisa Sarajian is a Managing Director in the Corporate Ratings Department of Standard & Poor's Ratings Services.  She oversees a team of ten analysts, which as a group assess the credit quality of roughly 90 U.S. operating real estate companies, including REITs, developers, homebuilders and private trusts, which have roughly $135 billion in rated securities outstanding. Lisa has been with Standard & Poor's since October of 1987.  Previously she held positions as research analyst and due diligence officer for Atlanta-based Financial Service Corp. and was a corporate lending associate with Citizens & Southern National Bank (now Bank of America). Lisa received her BBA in International Business with a certificate in French Studies from the University of Georgia in 1982.
