Why I believe in protecting land and creating parks: "Most of the best moments in my life have been shared with friends and family in the simple setting of a natural environment. In a world where our lives are becoming increasingly complex, the need for simple, healthy time in a beautiful city park or wilderness area is paramount. The health of our communities depends on the preservation and access to these places."

Why I support The Trust for Public Land: "I believe The Trust for Public Land is simply the best and smartest conservation organization protecting land for people. The combination of thought leadership, unique execution capabilities, and a focused, collaborative approach ensures great outcomes for the communities we work with. From parks in New York City to mountaintops in Colorado, I have personally experienced many of the amazing projects that The Trust for Public Land has completed."
