Matt Frost, Chair of the Vermont Advisory Board, is Head of Strategy and Partnerships for the Google's Chrome Media team. Frost’s work focuses on multimedia strategy for the web, and the teams he leads develop core video and audio compression and related technologies.

Helen Kellogg is a business leader with unique combination of brand, product and business development expertise. Most recently, she served as the Director of International Product for Keurig Green and prior to that worked on a variety of brand and marketing initiatives with leading lifestyle brands Timberland and Seventh Generation.

Having spent the last five years serving the State of Vermont within the Agencies of Natural Resources and Administration, Trey Martin returned to Downs Rachlin Martin as Of Counsel, ready to put his insights and experience to work for our clients. Adept and knowledgeable about how government works, Trey addresses administrative, regulatory and political challenges that extend across DRM’s practice areas. He aids clients in business and real estate transactions that involve regulatory hurdles; litigation involving the state; and Trey manages development, redevelopment and energy projects, particularly concerning complex regulatory and permitting processes.

Victor has diverse management experience ranging from working as the Financial Operations Manager for IBM’s Semiconductor Manufacturing Division to serving as CFO for SkiTuner/Grindrite, a small manufacturer of ski and snowboard tuning equipment, to CFO/VP of Finance and Administration for Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, the CFO and later CEO of the Elan Ski and Snowboard Company to President of American Flatbread and more recently as the CEO and COO of Dr. Hauschka Skin Care
