Kimberly Allen is Senior Vice President/Senior Program Officer of Wells Fargo Regional Foundation/CDC, where she oversees the Foundation’s grantmaking processes.

Richard’s career has been devoted to learning and innovation. He currently serves as an entrepreneur and an advisor to entrepreneurs and non-profit leaders for more than 30 years.

John Chin is the Executive Director of the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC), a non-profit organization, whose mission is to preserve, protect, and promote Chinatown as a viable, ethnic, residential and business community. He oversees all programming in the areas of neighborhood planning and advocacy, affordable housing and related services, economic development (including Main Street), neighborhood beautification and real estate development, and Chinatown family support services.

Ryan is a Philadelphia, PA based Managing Director with Grant Thornton's Strategic Federal Tax Services Group. He joined Grant Thornton after working for Deloitte Tax LLP for 10 years. In his 17 years of professional tax experience, Ryan has focused on federal taxation for companies of all sizes claiming US Federal Tax Credits and Incentives, with an additional focus on IRS examination defense of the credits and incentives claimed.

Marian Conicella is a strategic, highly engaged resilient leader who consistently generates top line revenue with profit growth. She consistently operates ahead of industry peers in strategic brand vision.

Beverly Harper is the founder and President of Portfolio Associates, Inc. and oversees management and planning activities for all major projects. She has directed professional services to major institutions, government agencies, community-based organizations and private sector companies on projects that have included research, marketing, advertising, public relations, public involvement, strategic planning, community relations, economic and community development, and customized training.

Mr. Lozoff has served as chair of the board of directors of the Gershman Y, formerly a branch of the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Philadelphia. He is a Trustee of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia, and also served as Chair of the Creditors’ Committee of the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Philadelphia.

Stuart is a Senior Managing Principal and head of asset management for the Lubert-Adler Partners. Lubert-Adler is a private equity fund manager that has raised over $7 billion of equity and invested in over $17 billion of real estate assets.
