Jeanne B. Mullgrav

Jeanne is the former Commissioner of the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development with significant experience working at the intersection of government, nonprofits and the private sector. As Group Leader at Capalino, Jeanne provides an array of strategic advisory services to help some of the leading non-profits in New York achieve long-term success and sustainability. With clients such as New York Restoration Project, Manhattan Theatre Club, FWD.us and Heartshare St. Vincent’s Services, Jeanne’s specialty ranges from prospective planning, partnership development and public fundraising to business development and diversity, equity and inclusion strategy. She also develops comprehensive social impact initiatives for businesses to actively give back their time, talent and resources to the communities in which they operate, as well as oversees Capalino’s own internal social impact and giving strategy. She previously held several senior management positions at The After-School Corporation and Victim Services (now “Safe Horizon”), and was Deputy Director of Intergovernmental Relations for the NYS Attorney General’s Office. She has served on multiple non-profits boards and currently sits on the boards of the New York Women’s Foundation and the Bronx Children’s Museum.
