Earlynne Maile

In her role as Project Manager III with Young Brothers, Earlynne will establish a Project Management Office (PMO).  As the head of the PMO, Earlynne will work closely with the recently established Portfolio Steering Committee (PSC) and the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to implement the Leadership Team’s strategic vision by prioritizing and executing projects that align with YB’s Strategic Plan.

Earlynne was born and raised in Waimanalo and currently lives in Mānoa Valley with her husband Keith and their two dogs, Charlie and Izzy.  She is a graduate of the Kamehameha Schools and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Santa Clara University and a Master of Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University’s Executive MBA Program.  She brings to YB a wealth of project management, regulated-utility, and leadership knowledge, background, and experience.  Earlynne was most recently with SSFM in their Project Management Group, managing Department of Education facilities projects.  Prior to that, in her more than 34 years at Hawaiian Electric, she gained substantial experience in the areas of power systems generation and transmission planning, project engineering, project management, asset management, budget management, goal setting, progress measurement, and serving as a rate case witness.

In her spare time, Earlynne enjoys playing the piano, strength training, running, and visiting her daughter, Megan, who lives in Washington State.
