B.W. (Bick) Cardwell, Jr.
Bick Cardwell, a former chair of the Georgia Advisory Board, is President of Colliers International, focusing primarily on institutional sales and mortgage banking.
Active locally in business and civic endeavors, Bick is a CCIM, past President of the Georgia Mortgage Bankers Association, Founding Board Member of the Society of Commercial Realtors and recipient of the Atlanta Board of Realtors’ Phoenix Award and Alvin B. Cates Award. Bick also serves as a board member and treasurer of the Executive Committee of the Midtown Business Association; board member for The 300 Club, which supports the families of policemen and firemen who have been severely injured or killed in the line of duty; and board member of SEARCH Ministries. He is past chairman of the board of the Center for the Visually Impaired and past board member of the Atlanta Botanical Garden.
Bick earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from University of Virginia. Bick and his wife, D.D. live in the Vinings neighborhood of Atlanta.
