Andrew Feiler

Andrew Feiler is a strategist and entrepreneur. Currently engaged in several start-up endeavors as well as business strategy consulting, Andrew's consulting practice has included clients in retail, online services, real estate development and other sectors. Prior to these endeavors, Andrew worked for a number of years, first in Boston and then Atlanta, with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a leading international business strategy consulting firm. He also worked in strategic planning for an investment bank holding company in New York and in defense policy on Capitol Hill. For several years he taught a course on management consulting skills for MBA students at Emory University's Goizueta Business School.

Andrew's prior work has included serving as President of Metro Developers, a commercial real estate development company. There he transformed the business model from a focus on periodic transactional revenue to reliance on more continuous revenue, and he successfully navigated the prolonged real estate depression and unprecedented withdrawal of financial liquidity. Prior to Metro Developers, Andrew was co-founder and President of Leapfrog Services, Inc., one of the pioneers in proactively managing client computer systems over the Internet. Andrew has also launched one retail business while acquiring and turning around another.

A community service entrepreneur, Andrew has led the creation of over a dozen community initiatives including Community Consulting Teams, a multi-city volunteer organization that brings the talents of MBA alumni to bear on the management problems of not-for-profit organizations. He recently chaired the board of The Civic League for Regional Atlanta, an organization dedicated to engaging citizens in public policy dialog and action. He serves on a number of other community boards including Public Broadcasting Atlanta and the Southeastern office of The Trust for Public Land.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned a Masters in Modern History from Oxford University and his Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University.
