William M. and Mary F. Black
William M. and Mary F. Black, are founding members of the Whidbey-Camano Land Trust and previously served on The Trust for Public Land's Puget Sound Open Space Advisory Council. William was involved in the Seattle Cedar Lumber Company and subsequently the Ballard Canal Company, a real estate management firm, and served as the first president of Crystal Mountain Ski Resort. Mary spent more than 20 years volunteering for social service agencies and served as an officer with the League of Women Voters. The Blacks are world travelers, having sailed around the world from 1975-79 and the North Pacific from 1990-91.
