A conservation easement on approximately 14 acres now protects this Lowcountry plantation, located at the junction of the Okatie River and Highway 278 in southern Beaufort County. The easement preserves the beautiful viewscape of a Lowcountry farm, while furthering the goal of protecting water quality along the headwaters of the Okatie River.
