Century-old Wilkus Farm is one of the last large open spaces in the Hartford suburb of Wethersfield. Many residents have fond childhood memories of playing at Wilkus Farm, a site emblematic of the town's agricultural history. Preserving Wilkus Farm, locals say, keeps the "field" in "Wethersfield."
