Jose Manuel Collazo Park

The Trust for Public Land is working with the community on the renovation of this vibrant recreation and community center in the St. Hughs neighborhood of North Philadelphia. In July 2012 we started the community-based participatory design process with an initial meeting and visioning workshop. Since then we've been working with the community and landscape architects to complete the conceptual design for the site.
