Surrenden Farm

Sitting prominently in a 1,500-acre block of contiguous protected open space, 360-acre Surrenden Farm is Groton's highest conservation priority. With 3/4 mile of Nashua River frontage, forest and scenic rolling hayfields, Surrenden Farm is one of the largest remaining unprotected landscapes in town. In 2006, TPL worked with the Town of Groton and the Groton Conservation Trust to assemble the funds required to acquire the property.
