Parks for People–Connecticut

Since 1992, when The Trust for Public Land helped create the Farmington Canal Greenway in New Haven, TPL has been bringing nature and outdoor recreation opportunities closer to home for Connecticut's urban residents. Efforts that began with Farmington Canal have expanded into a program that includes a new community garden for downtown Danbury, and we continue to explore possibilities for cour city parks expertise in cities like Bridgeport.
