July 2013 | What is happening
- Finished construction of the building foundation slab
- Finished drilling 250 feet deep into bedrock for the geothermal loop, part of the energy efficient heating and cooling system for the building
- Continue pouring concrete site walls
- Security lighting has been installed on Eddy Street sidewalk
August 2013 | What to expect
- Continue work on the Clubhouse building
- Finish site walls and start to pour concrete for stairs and pavement on Ellis St. side of the park
- Start to build concrete site walls on Eddy side of the park
- Trench to install storm drain system on Eddy side of the park
