May 2013 | What is happening
- Construction of the building foundation including drilled piers
- Continue building of wooden forms into which concrete will be poured to create site walls
- Continue pouring concrete walls on Ellis St. side of the Park
June 2013 | What to expect
- Pour concrete for stairs and pavement on Ellis St. side of the Park
- Continue work on the Clubhouse building
- Drilling 250 feet deep into bedrock for the geothermal loop for part of the energy efficient heating and cooling system for the building
- Work on Eddy Street to connect to PG&E utility vault
