Land for New Jamaica Bay Shoreline Park

Instead of 20 single-family houses, New Yorkers will enjoy a new park on an acre-plus of property along Jamaica Bay. The much needed public space will serve more than 2,400 community members living within within one quarter of a mile from the park and provide opportunities for fishing, picnicking, and paddling.
