Jacksonville: The St. Johns River Survey

In Jacksonville, the St. John's River takes leave of its wild side to flow past private residences and downtown its banks display much more concrete than green open space. In other words, it goes urban, and with the change in character comes a change in needs from the people who use it. While residents can enjoy a great river walk, there is room for improved access downtown, in neighborhoods and along river tributaries.
