Community Preservation Act in Action

The Trust for Public Land (TPL) works in partnership with cities and towns to help bring priority land into permanent public protected ownership. Since the year 2000, TPL has taken the lead in working with CPA communities on a variety of open space, recreation and historic preservation projects. TPL has helped more communities enact and implement the CPA than any other conservation organization in Massachusetts.
