With its picturesque coastline, historic village centers, and rural farms, Stonington, Connecticut, is emblematic of New England living. But much of the town's scenic waterfront, particularly along the upper Mystic River, is privately owned and off-limits to the public. In order to connect more people to Stonington's iconic waterfront, Trust for Public Land is helping the Town purchase and transform a 1.5-acre property on the Mytic River into a multi-use public park.
