In 1995 TPL helped CityArts! For Youth, a nonprofit community-based performance and fine arts organization in Providence purchase a new building to expand their services. TPL negotiated the purchase of the former factory building and provided CityArts! with critical interim financing, allowing it to invest in permanent improvements to the site.
