Finding Health and Hope
November 15, 2012
We first heard of Michael Perryman when his sister, Susan Deveney, contacted us through our website. She was writing to say thank you for helping her brother regain his hope and strength. This is Michael's story.
A Vietnam Veteran, Michael suffered a debilitating stroke in 2010 that robbed him of his sight and independence. Living on a fixed income, he was unable to afford physical therapy or a gym membership to aid in his recovery. Lacking options for regular exercise, a critical component of recovery for stroke victims, Michael's health rapidly deteriorated.

We salute you, Michael, and all veterans.
