Patricia Ayres Crawford


Patricia is an award-winning land conservation and community forestry activist. In partnership with The Trust for Public Land, she helped create a 1,000-acre community forest for recreational enjoyment, sustainable timber harvesting, and wildlife habitat preservation. She has served as a selectman, planning commissioner, and board member of several non-profits, including Vermont Audubon, Vermont Woodlands Association, and Open Space Institute Community Forest Fund.

Patricia has worked in sales and marketing at Wells Fargo Bank, Fidelity Investments, and at Dartmouth College, where she also was an adjunct associate professor. She holds a BA with honors in classics (Latin and Greek) from Stanford University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
