Keith J. Witcosky has lived in Oregon since the late 1970’s. His professional history has been dedicated to improving Portland since he began working for Portland Mayor Vera Katz in 1993 and now directing Government Affairs for the Portland Development Commission (PDC). PDC is Portland’s economic development and job creation agency under the control of Portland City Council. He also volunteers his time by serving on the Board of Directors for the DePaul Treatment Center. Outside of work, Keith is an avid backpacker who travels into the far reaches of Oregon and Washington as often as he can.
