Andrew P. Kerr of Portland, Oregon, is a fourth generation Oregonian and is managing partner of the mid-sized business and litigation law firm Brownstein, Rask, Sweeney, Kerr, Grim, DeSylvia & Hay, LLP, located in Portland, Oregon. Many of his clients are in the agri-business field, and he has been professionally involved with the Oregon State Bar Association serving on many committees dealing with professional ethics and discipline. His brother, Donald, was the founder of the High Desert Museum in Bend, Oregon, and Andrew has been a long-time supporter of that and other related civic activities. He has always enjoyed and felt comfortable in the Oregon country and is committed to maintaining its historic balance.
