Guy L. Denny, (Fredericktown), served as Chief of Natural Areas and Preserves for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and dedicated 33 years of service to the state. During his tenure he built a nationally recognized system of nature preserves and scenic rivers, and served as chief naturalist for Ohio State Parks. His continued commitment to the protection of Ohio's natural resources is demonstrated through his service to several local and state-wide conservation organizations.
