John C. Vlahoplus is a Director in the Global Structuring Group at Credit Suisse. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Mr. Vlahoplus worked at BNP Paribas and Zurich Capital Markets, creating and marketing structured financial products for institutional investors. Previously, he was a tax associate at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. Mr. Vlahoplus received a BA from Washington and Lee University, a D.Phil. from Oxford University, and a JD from Harvard Law School. Mr. Vlahoplus resides in New York with his wife, Uma Muthu, and their daughter, Phoebe.
