Scott P. Howard, Chair Scott, a native of New Orleans, joined Regions Bank in the spring of 2006 to run the Greater New Orleans banking franchise as well as the commercial business in South Louisiana. Previously he was with Hibernia for eight years and before that with J. P. Morgan in New York for sixteen years.
He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University (B.A. English) and a masters from Sussex University (Sussex, England - M.A. Regional Studies). He also attended a Management Development Program at Harvard Business School.
Scott serves on the boards of GNO, Inc., Business Council of New Orleans, Raintree Family Services, and The Trust for Public Land, as well as Trinity Church's Endowment Committee.
