Randi Kronthal-Sacco is Worldwide Vice President of Marketing for the Johnson &Johnson Baby Franchise, responsible for the global coordination and growth of several key baby initiatives. Prior to this assignment, she was the Worldwide Vice President of Johnson and Johnson's External Sanitary Protection and incontinence businesses. Ms. Kronthal-Sacco began her career at Kraft General Foods in 1983 and held several positions before being named Director, New Products for the Desserts Division in 1989. She left Kraft to join Johnson & Johnson in 1991. Ms. Kronthal-Sacco is also a recipient of the TWIN award (Tribute to Women in Business) and received a BBA from Emory University and a MBA from NYU Stern School of Management.
