Christopher (Kit) Falcon is a partner in the firm of Maraziti, Falcon & Healey, LLP and represents public and private clients on environmental, land development, local government, and regulatory issues. Mr. Falcon represents a number of public and private entities in matters involving local government law, redevelopment, infrastructure projects, land use approvals, wastewater discharges and permitting. He is a member of various professional and civic organizations including the Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Section of the American Bar Association and was a delegate to the Moscow Conference on Law and Economic Relations in 1990. He has served as Chair of the Local Government Section of the New Jersey Bar Association and is a member of the Environmental Law and Land Use Sections of the Association. He is a former legislative assistant in the New Jersey Senate and the New Jersey Assembly and served as the Mayor of the Borough of Mountain Lakes. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Morris Tomorrow, and is currently Trustee for the Coleman Charitable Trust and member of the Environmental and Economic Development Committees of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, the Upper Raritan Watershed Association, and the New Jersey Planning Officials. While Chairman of Morris Tomorrow, he chaired the Highlands Partnership Task Force.
