Glen J. Skovholt

Glen Skovholt is president of Government & Community Strategies, a government and community affairs consulting organization and chair of the Metropolitan Parks and Open Space Commission as appointed by Governor Pawlenty. He is also advisor to the United Nations Experts Team on Energy Efficiency Investments for Climate Change Mitigation in Eastern Europe. Previously, Glen was vice president, government & community affairs for Honeywell Inc., directing Honeywell's government and political affairs with local, state, federal, and international government bodies; the company's volunteer programs; the Honeywell Foundation; and the company's policies on corporate social responsibility. Before joining Honeywell, he served as Deputy Secretary of State for the State of Minnesota; was legislative assistant to Minnesota Governor Harold LeVander and to Minnesota Senate majority leader Stanley Holmquist.
