Anne Niles is active in both land conservation and historic preservation organizations, with a focus on historic preservation easements. She is an Advisory Trustee and former president of Maine Preservation. Anne practiced land use law in Seattle with the firm of Hillis, Clark, Martin & Peterson. She has served as Executive Director of the New Haven Preservation Trust and as field staff to the National Trust for Historic Preservation. A graduate of Bowdoin College and the Seattle University School of Law, she resides in South Freeport, Maine with her husband and three children.
