Peter D. Bowes is President of Bowes and Company, a Denver appraisal and counseling firm. Bowes has been a real estate appraiser and counselor since 1960 specializing in appraisal, counseling, and research regarding special purpose, commercial, recreational, environmentally-impacted, and other investment real estate, and specializing in mediation, facilitation, and arbitration beginning in 1994. Bowes holds masters degrees in real estate and economics from the University of Denver and an undergraduate degree in engineering from Stanford University.
